Quality Control is paramount to the success of the AAHMP program. This is accomplished with the use of the F.A.S.T. platform which will monitor all work being completed by AAHMP member companies. Five percent of all completed modifications from each member company will go through a third party quality control review to ensure compliance to MHA guidelines. This policy is mandatory for all members to protect against abuse and fraud with the use of tax-payer funds. In addition, every modification completed by AAHMP member companies will be covered with an insurance policy up to $50,000 for any re-default due to fraud.

AAHMP’s real time modifications tracking system will enable the Alliance itself and appropriate federal supervisors to be able to pinpoint and provide information at any given time on the number of mortgages modified along with various other statistical data relevant to the Modification Process
