As part of our commitment to the preservation of homeownership, AAHMP is dedicated to ensuring that all of its members understand the Loss Mitigation process. No longer is Loss Mitigation just a “nice” option, it is vital in order to reduce losses and eliminate foreclosure rates.

Our certification training courses will focus on Loss Mitigation strategies and procedures that support sustainable and consistent modifications. Upon completion of the training course, one will receive a certificate which qualifies him as a Loan Modification Consultant (LMC).
