As a Trade Group, AAHMP’s goal has been to convince the Government and the private financial sector alike that the independent professional must be used to implement MHA on a major scale that can have an impact on the foreclosure crisis. Every effort has been, and will continue to be made to satisfy the concerns of all relevant parties. AAHMP has made the commitment to provide a very large number of pre-screened, trained independent professionals to assist GSE’s, lenders/investors and servicers in their task to slow the number of foreclosures.

AAHMP’s main position and claim is that its membership of independent professionals can complete the modification process in a controlled, organized manner providing the client with sustainable modifications based on the MHA guidelines. Under AAHMP’s program, its members will be contracted to complete the work and compensated with the use of TARP funds at the rates specified in MHA. As the foreclosure crisis continues to deteriorate, and home values continue to fall, many in government see the need for additional strategies to stabilize real estate value. AAHMP is that strategy.

• Upon completion of the application process, and compliance with AAHMP by-laws for operation, an Associate Member of AAHMP will be able to claim his membership with the use of the Training Certificate Seal.
  
  
• As an Associate Member, your company, based on volume and capacity will be placed in the F.A.S.T. platform to be assigned files from any contract obtained by AAHMP on behalf of its membership.
  
  
• Password access into the web based F.A.S.T. platform which will control all aspects of the AAHMP program, from ordering of assignments by the client to delivery of documents of a completed modification back to the client. This includes all tracking, monitoring, third party quality control, payment and accounting.
  
  
• All Associate Members will be listed on AAHMP’s website as a member in good standing.
  
  
• All Associate Members will be part of a major effort to keep people in their homes, help stabilize real estate values, and save this economy one house at a time.
